I have almost 7 years of experience in IT, worked in different projects different domains. Mostly worked in Microsoft related tools, my major experience is in SharePoint (5 years) which is includes
SharePoint 2013,
SharePoint 2010,
SharePoint 2007 and WSS.
Along with these I also proficient in Jquery, javascript XSLT, xsl, Rest and Asp.net and SQL server.
Worked mostly as developer, Good knowledge of Software lifecycle. Following are some of the abstract of my work.
• Mostly worked as Developer
• Single handly completed small intranet portals for different clients
• Requirement gathering, creating architecture, creating design document, creating test cases etc.
• Deployment of the Project to Staging, QA, UAT server, also given support to prod server.
• Good knowledge of OOTB components, like OOTB webparts, xslt webpart, dataview webpart, list webparts.
• Good knowledge of SharePoint Designer Workflow, third party Nintex workflows.
• Migrated many sites from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013.

Mostly we have used OOTB components like List webpart, dataview webpart, xslt webparts, content search webpart, Image webpart etc. In some cases we had to use custom coded webparts. Like a reading data from sql or external systems etc.

It’s Intranet ticket management systems. Mainly used to track customer satisfaction, complain, compliments, general enquiry follow up, grievance of the Asurion business. This tool is mainly used by the call center people, they used to call end user and ask some questions regarding service they got from Asurion. So there was main list where user used to enter details regarding call and customer responses, of any query they have. This ticket will be assigned to Agent (Asurion) and they have to responded or solve the customer query in predefined timeframe. Tickets can be generated through email also.

Functionality is developed in SharePoint 2013 with Infopath as front end and rules set up, all the business logic has been written is InfoPath, look and feel is given in InfoPath . On SharePoint we have used JQuery tabbing to differentiated ticket based on current status like, New, open, In-progress, closed, secondary review etc. We have used Incoming email functionality so agent can create ticket offline as well, they just need to send email in specified format and ticket will be generated automatically.

This is basically a migration project from 2007 to 2010.

This site consists of searching of different books, read the book chapters, save the book, and thousands of calculators related to the medicals. This site is mainly developed in SharePoint 2010 and Framework 3.5 and C# as language.

•Worked directly with the client to obtain requirement gathering and new enhancement
•Implemented the functionalities such as jQuery Popup, User Action Toolbar, Export to PPT, email to colleague, CME certification, and branding, XSLT transformation
