Job Responsibilities:
1. recruitment
a. take request from department then search accordingly by walk in candidate or by bayt
b. interview by HR, then suit candidate will arrange interview by head of department who is required
c. prepare job offer
d. complete documents and open new file for new employee
once joining the organization
-joining form
-contract
-be sure to create mail id, laptop and office
-introduce new employee to the team
-follow up of complete probation period then to transfer the residency and provide medical insurance

-ticket (going and return on time)

-Sourcing of cvs through various channels-websites, newspaper, professional networking sites etc.
-Short listing of bio/cv as per the job requirements
-Scheduling suitable candidates for interviews.
-Conducting initial interviews, co-ordinating with dept heads for final interviews.
-Maintaining and documenting database of candidates for future vacancies

Joining Formalities

-Conducting legal checks for the potential candidates before issuing an offer
-Preparing offer letters, contracts and getting it approved by HR Manager/Concerned Managers
-Conducting background checks, once an offer is made and the candidate accepts the offer.
-Arrange the necessary documents(visa etc..) in coordination with Govt.relations dept for overseas hire
