The Bank is a leading regional and international network operating company that provides personal, corporate, investment and private banking services.

• Handling overall responsibilities of technical analysis and evaluation, implementation and support of product upgrades and recommending changes in existing interfaces, databases, applications and systems.
• Documenting existing system requirements, analyzing and formulating new system requirements to make application development easier by providing common programming abstraction.
2006: Concurrently served as a team member to organize a portal solution that will serve as a standard for the bank’s external interfaces.

• Conducting market research of packaged applications and an enterprise application framework in a single solution.
• Led the technical team and finalized a portal that best fit requirements.
• Provided peer training on development for the chosen solution. Developed application projects including prepaid card inquiry and integration for mobile payment project.

• Participated in sales cycle right from providing pre-sales technical support to preparing technical presentations for the presales team.
• Single-handedly established BEA Weblogic support center from scratch; managed various tasks including project plan preparation, identification of client needs, organization of 24x7 support, preparation of billing information and setting up documentation standards to be met.
• Managed support center that are staffed by technically trained and customer-focused professionals with the competency to provide detailed technical assistance, answer questions and manage resolution of technical issues.
