budgets aligning with all the brands’ marketing guidelines.

-Planning and executing weekly events with a high emphasis
on details to ensure successful event delivery.
-Measuring and reporting the outcome of the events to the
CEO.
-Managing and training employees.
-Implementing an unified branding and marketing strategy across all locations, improving brand recognition and customer loyalty.
-Overseeing daily operations of four liqueur shop branches, ensuring consistent quality and service standards.
-Coordinating logistics and supply chain management across all branches, optimizing stock levels to meet fluctuating demand without overstocking, reducing inventory costs.
Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality
assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics.
Receiving products correctly and pricing them according to
the institution’s regulations.
Overseeing basic operations, such as receiving, warehousing,
distribution, and maintenance of products.
Take charge of stock control and warehouse organization.
Regularly update the data storage system.
Planned and organized various themed nights in the pub
such as: Greek night, Mexican night, Burger night, Vegan
night…etc
Took part in the yearly festival in various locations like Bourj
Hammoud and Ainjar by planning and organizing the menu
and decorations of the booth
