• Led the team in their provision of strategic and tactical competency-based training needs analysis and delivery of learning and development programs such as functional, leadership, e-learning, workshops, etc. for three thousand employees.
• Managed Company Competency Management Assurance process (baseline capability assessments, job competency profiles, employee training)
