- Joined the project as a replacement, introduced strict project structure, planning, cost and changes control
which lead to timely construction completion of the two phases of this 130, 000m2 shopping center.
- Achieved best price per sq. m. in the city by effective procurement and cost-engineering changes.

“New International Terminals”, developer Fraport Twin Star Airport Management, Varna & Burgas, Bulgaria
- Managed the detailed design and authorities approvals of the two new international passenger terminals.
- Completed the design in time, met the construction budget set by the German developer by coordinating
the work of the design teams of AECOM, Halcrow, Pascall+Watson and QS team of Davis Langdon.

“The Mall”, developers Carrefour & European Trade Center, Sofia, Bulgaria
- Led the construction to completion within time and budget after replacing the previous PM (due to delays
and cost issues) of this 240, 000m2 retail and office development, the largest in Bulgaria at the time.
- Improved the strained relationships between the developers and the main contractor by introducing clear
and transparent change management system.

Managed the pre-contract and planning stage of a Procter & Gamble production plant as well as the design and approvals stage of URSA Glass Wool Insulation Plant.
