• Automated Building Management system METASYS to operate, control, analyze and troubleshoot hotel facilities such as Exhaust Fans, FCU, AHU, PHX, Grease interceptor, hot water gas boiler plants, Plumbing and other system.,
• Food safety monitoring software MONIKA to comply with HACCP requirements by Monitoring, recording and analyzing Refrigerated system operation temperature.
• Cloud based service optimization software HotSOS for request handling and resolving on daily basis.
• Establish Kitchen equipment inventory, spare parts inventory and report immediately to duty engineers any equipment problem and breakdown.
• Operated, serviced, repaired, installed, modify control and maintained company facilities and machineries to ensure safe and reliable condition for daily hotel operation: Electrical power system, Water treatment and production plant, Fire and water supply pump house, swimming pool and Jacuzzi plants, Steam generating boiler, Diesel generators, Centralized air cooled chiller plant, Laundry machinery and Kitchen equipment.
