Performance Management System: Participation in yearly performance appraisal review assessing and evaluation process through PMS form for PMS Activity. Involved in the supervision of the effectiveness of the PMS system.
Training & Development: - Identify training needs through various sources like PMS..
Employees Welfare & Administration Activities: - Ensure facility for First aid Box, Safety Equipment &
coordinate in safety programs, Employees Health check-up camp, plant accidental cases, safety mock drill.
Client Management : Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs ensuring their trust with recruiter, coordinating with clients and updating about the requirements, keeping relationship to get more requirements.
Recruitment : Screening resumes, working with different portals like Naukri.com, monsterjob.com, shine.com, linkedin, Social media contact to get position closed with relevant candidate. Keeping database properly for future use.
