• Key planning response for all SMS HUB related activities for A2P, P2P, inter, Intra operator connectivity’s.
• Planning of Integration of all SMS, core, VAS elements in “Public and Private clouds” at Etisalat own cloud system.
• Integration planned for “Business messaging solution” in cloud platform connectivity with all (SMSC, MMSC, EMM, EPG, billing, mediation, Email servers, chat boat. InProgress planning for RCS, AI & ML integrations.
• Product deployment with vendor management end to end planning (RFI, RFP, RFT, RFQ, RFS, PAC, FAC, RFL)
• Planned for Least cost routing, % based routing with different combination of requirements depends upon ‘Sales & marketing teams”
• Massive plans for Segregation of A2P, P2P, OTP, OTT, trans, promo messages for high revenue generation for business development using AI/ML integration.
• SS7 & SMPP, Grey route optimization in terms of revenue leakage, optimal solutions for business development,
• Various network set-up establishment like SMPP, VPN, IPsec, IPX, REST API HTTP, HTTPS, SMPP over SSL/TLS etc. at “network and application layers”

• Roaming Setup with International Operators like the Telefonica group in the CALA regions (Central & Latin America), Cable &wireless Caribbean Region, the Etisalat Group, Vodafone Australia, Vodafone Qatar, Meteor Ireland, Movicel Angola, MTN Group, IUSAcell Mexico, Unitel Mongolia, T-Mobile-USA Cosmote Greece, OMEA telecom, Alaska Wireless-USA etc
• Management of the departments Routing and Routing Controlling
• Technical coordination for IP connectivity for VPN tunnel creations, Peer IP, Encrypted IP, bind checking for connectivity between SMSC and ESME.
• End to end checking and troubleshooting for A2P messaging including routing, costing & coding testing.
• Planning for Least cost and optimization of routing, pro-active plans for fall back switching.

• Solve all roaming complaints i.e. Location Update, Failure of MOC/MTC, SMS MO/ SMS MT with regard to both inbound and outbound roamers. In addition, to solve complains related to International SMS and Calls for subscribers.
• Executing test cases, establishing test lab setup and configuration of LTE & EPC entities (MME, SGW, PGW, PCRF and HSS) for performing test cases, Good knowledge on LTE & EPC network architecture and IP plan
• Analysis of the existing configuration by remote login of the network entity (VLR, HLR, SGSN, GGSN, MPLS, MPBN, Firewall, RADIAS, EC AAA, GDSP AAA) for troubleshooting.
