• Steered erection & commissioning activities of:
o CMI-fpe Continuous Galvanizing Line and utilities
o Cooling Towers, Pump House, DM Plant, Compressors, Sub-station, Diesel Generating sets (2000 KVA) and Effluent Treatment Plant
• Played a pivotal role in reinstating the operations of continuous galvanizing line, staffed with local operators having no previous experience
• Recognised for carrying out hot trial run of CGL and stabilized the Line within a week and started commercial production
• Installed Cut To Length Lines and Barrel Corrugating Machines and led proficiently the production of Galvanized iron roofing sheets and accessories.
• Headed operation & maintenance of :
o AZ Metal Coating Line, Continuous Galvanizing Line, 4 High Reversible Cold Rolling Mill, Cut to Length Lines and Annealing Plant
o ERW Tube Mills, Slitting Line, Shearing Line and Steel Strapping Line
o Electric Induction Furnace, Annealing Furnace, 33KV Sub-station, Diesel Generating Sets, Overhead Cranes & Utilities
• Proficiently led production of AZ / Galvanized & pre-painted iron roofing sheets of various profiles & roofing accessories
• Steered project implementation activities successfully for lower thickness Metal Coating Line with 55% aluminium zinc coating technology, NOF, Ceramic Pots and Level 2 automation
• Anchored operations & maintenance of:
o Japanese Continuous Hot Dip Galvanizing Line, Cut to Length Lines, Barrel Corrugating Machines, ERW Tube Mill, Slitting Line, Shearing Lines and various Roll Formers
o AC Vector Drives & Motors, DC Drives & Motors, Programmable Controllers and Precision Position Controls
