Job Responsibilities
•Oversee and coordinate multiple projects, create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
•Kick off and monitoring of all phases of the project.
•Requirement gathering with business teams, prepare statement of work (SOW) for business/client approval, creation of project charters, meeting notes and communicate weekly status to stakeholders.
•Coordination of on-site teams and off-site teams: Operations, BA, Finance, Network and Logistics.
•Lead effective change management processes (Following proper change management procedures).
•Create and update project plans, milestones, timelines and schedules, status reports using various tools provided by the organization. Eg. Jira, Ms. TeamWork, SharePoint, Ms. Teams, Slack, etc.
•Planning of onsite and offsite resources. (Offsite 15 team members)
•Prepare Meeting Agenda, conduct cross cultural conference team meetings, etc.
•Monitor daily project progress and prioritize against overall roadmap priorities.
•Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately, ensure timely and accurate invoicing and monitor receivables for project.
•Communicate status updates and escalate project risks to project leads and other necessary project stakeholders.
•Send weekly project status reports to clients in order to ensure time, cost and quality are in line.
•Conduct delivery board meetings and application handover to operation teams.
•Leading team members to meet project deadlines on time and complete projects successfully.
