Managing the entire exhibition.
Sourcing vendors for stand design and production.
Getting necessary approvals and submissions as per required deadlines.

Responsibilities include handling complete BTL activities, all internal & external communications in liaison with the European office. Involved in the initiation of CSR activity for the company.
Responsibilities comprised of assisting the marketing manager in preparing the marketing plan for the year. Executing and coordinating for all the PR and Advertising activities. Involved in the conceptualization and execution of events. My main responsibility was to handle the company website, project microsites, quarterly newsletters and all CSR activities.
Conceptualize, develop & implement all marketing activities for the assigned clients across the product range in Liaison with the VP of Destiny advertising.
Single Point of contact for all marketing communications needs on advertising, articles & information for in-house print Publications.
Coordinating with marketing research team on all aspects of Product development, thus ensuring smooth working of the entire cycle ending with Printing of the material.
Handling complete BTL jobs & in-store branding.
Monitoring all production jobs and making sure the quality of the output is up to client’s satisfaction.
Planning the complete timelines from designing to production and delivery so that deadlines are maintained.
I liaised with clients and vendors. Also, was involved in the execution and monitoring of ongoing CRM activities.
