> Manage the Planned Preventative (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities onsite.
> Conduct internal audits to ensure that Dalkia remains compliant at all times with the quality of work delivered.
> To analyze site performance and incorporate ideas to the PPM methodology in terms of planning and asset collection.
> Ensure that the Computer Aided Facilities Management System (CAFM) system information is kept up to date and that all the required PPM activities are scheduled duly.
> Monitor the breakdown call flow and report any abnormal shift in daily activities.
> Ensure completed planned tasks are appropriately recorded on the company CAFM system in conjunction with Administration.
> To work in coordination with the PPM engineers and generate the annual and monthly planners for all sites.
> Provide the necessary information to the onsite Energy & Facility Managers, to boost the decision making process for budget preparation, equipment repairs / replacement etc.
> To conduct basic CAFM training to the Managers and Site In charges to encourage them to monitor their respective site performance.
> Produce reports related to site performance, temperature trends, service data for critical equipments, response time, helpdesk reports, PPM productivity etc. that helps ensure the smooth flow of operations.
> Responsible in entrusting tasks to junior coordinators.
> Work with the Health / Safety / Environmental / Quality (HSEQ) Officer to ensure the compliance of HSEQ regulation by staff, creating SOP, conducting toolbox talks and managing the Incident / Accident reports, M1F2 documents, etc.
> Provide technical assistance for the Building Management System (BMS) staff, when required.
> Produce other relevant technical and logical reports, as and when requested.
Handle inbound customer enquiries.
Timely processing of claims in accordance with Client requirements, member plan benefits, and applicable network fee schedules.
Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) of the Client is met for based on the contractual agreement.
Provide support to customers regarding progress of claims, policy content and customer’s responsibilities.
Proper prioritization of workload in accordance with the clients’ needs and satisfaction.
Thorough review of Claims and ensuring that there is no missing or incomplete information.
Clarification of random audits from various Clients.
Ensure proper medical checks are done for each and every claims processing, as assigned.
Exercise exceptional listening skills.
