Production Planning and Scheduling:
Developing and implementing production schedules, ensuring timely completion of orders, and managing resources effectively.
Team Management:
Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating production employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Quality Control:
Implementing and maintaining quality control standards, ensuring products meet specifications, and addressing any quality issues.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and industry standards, providing necessary training, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Budget Management:
Developing and managing the factory budget, controlling costs, and identifying areas for improvement.
Communication and Reporting:
Communicating with upper management, providing regular reports on production performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
Problem Solving:
Identifying and resolving production issues, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring smooth operations.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluating and improving production processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains, and implementing best practices.

Operation and Maintenance of Wire & Cable (MDCV & CCV) equipment including all plant machinery. (forklifts, screw & reciprocating compressors, Stem boiler, Cross flow cooling towers, N2 generation plant, EOT & gantry cranes, Hoists, Pump house, Diesel generators, facility maintenance, Workshop machineries).

Operation and Maintenance of Wire & Cable, PVC
compound manufacturing equipment including all plant
machinery).
 Planning and repairing equipment/facilities to acceptable
standards.
 Performing preventive maintenance; more specifically,
developing and implementing a regularly scheduled work
program for the purpose of maintaining satisfactory
equipment/facility operation as well as preventing major
Problems.
 Preparing realistic budgets that detail maintenance
personnel and material needs.
 Managing inventory to ensure that parts/materials
necessary to conduct maintenance tasks are readily
available.
 Keeping records of equipment, services, etc.
 Developing effective approaches to monitor the activities
of maintenance staff.
 Developing effective techniques for keeping operations
personnel, upper-level management, and other concerned
groups aware of maintenance activities.
 Training maintenance staff and other concerned
individuals to improve their skills and perform
effectively.

• Operation & Maintenance of plant machinery (screw conveyor, bucket elevator, grain drier, compressors).

• Operation and Maintenance of mechanical equipment including all plant machinery.

• Shop floor Production activities.
• Scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance actions based on failure analysis.
• Performed routine production and maintenance on equipment.

• Worked as a shift supervisor and Diploma technical apprentice trainee.
• Worked in production department of hub, cone, sleeve and ring products which are used in gear box of truck.
• Prepared reports and technical documentation of day-to-day production processes.
