 Tracking new employees probation confirmation dates, send mails to functional heads to
get confirm for the new employees.
 Prepare and issue the probation confirmation/Extend letter.
 After confirmation change employment status in HRMS and provide the AL Balance.
 Conducting orientation and induction programs for all new joiners to get insight of
company history, Hr policies, Payroll cycle, organization structure, dress code and

facility and entertainment.
 Managing payroll (Monthly information on employee addition, deletion, employee

 Give new employees bank account details to payroll team.
