Managing recruiting process from requisition initiation to sourcing, to acceptance of offer

Handle the end to end campus hiring process from coordinating with the placement
officer till onboarding.

Analyze recruitment tracker.
Coordination with recruitment consultants for all hiring status.
Adding new consultants with best hiring rates.
Handling consultants agreement copies, renewal and deactivation.
Conduct preliminary interview with candidates over telephone, face to face, Skype or
video calling and the arrange interviews with the functional heads and management
people.
Participate in monthly recruitment meetings, focused on trouble shooting difficult
positions and managing department issues.
Understand staffing needs, job specifications, qualifications and skills.
Meet and manage recruitment targets for the organization.
Mapping and documenting of all processes related to the recruitment function.

Joining formalities, Induction and Orientation :
Emp code creation, sending mail to create official e mail ID, sending new employee
details to respected department head/team, new employee creation.
Assist new employees to fill and sign all the documents within their first working day,
sending mail for ID card creation watching on Bio metric or access card creation.
Co-ordinate with respected admin staff to collect new employees joining documents.
Bank account opening and mapping for new employees.
Prepare new employees folder and keeping scan copies in server.
Introducing new hires to the team and to the various departments and co-ordinating in the
induction process.
Tracking new employees probation confirmation dates, send mails to functional heads to
get confirm for the new employees.
Prepare and issue the probation confirmation/Extend letter.
After confirmation change employment status in HRMS and provide the AL Balance.
Conducting orientation and induction programs for all new joiners to get insight of
company history, Hr policies, Payroll cycle, organization structure, dress code and
expenses claims, Leave policy, group insurance, travel policy, holidays, basic etiquette,
facility and entertainment.
Managing payroll (Monthly information on employee addition, deletion, employee
additions, deletion, employee confirmations, salary revision, bonus, designation change,
department change etc).
Managing leave management system.
Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement.
Pay slip generation and dispatch if required.
Give new employees bank account details to payroll team.
Check with new employees whether they have received their salary or not.
Manage employee queries with regards to their deduction, settlements and supporting
their requirements.
Assisting in performance appraisal activity to complete appraisal at the right time in the
organization.
Handling 360 degree and Bell curve appraisal performance.
Responsible to set KRA’s for the employees.
Monitoring and developing the performance appraisal exercise.
Handling performance appraisal system and implement goal setting process.
Managers the entire performance management process, handles annual/bi-annual
performance appraisal.
Compile all data needed for the annual salary review and the annual performance
appraisal data
