Heading the functions of procurement, planning, warehousing, transportation & customer service for Ingredients and Pasta business.

Was in-charge of the FG shipment yard and responsible for shipments out of the factory both by road as well as rail. Also responsible for freight negotiation with transporters periodically and inventory planning of packing consumables.
Was responsible for pricing strategy of containers, their inventory and demand planning for the region and to optimize the space utilization in rented charted vessels
Purchase of finished components used for making hydraulic cylinders to be used in earth moving equipments. Was responsible for contract governance and service level monitoring, inventory planning of these parts in the plant & releasing of purchase order schedules.
