Handling all kinds of inquiries, quotation and invoice related follow up
Compile and upload sales and purchase orders into system on schedule.
Maintain Purchase requisitions and approve Suppliers, Purchases, LPO’s, and Invoices
Source and select vendors to ensure cost reductions and product availability.
Update and maintain all sales and purchasing reports for cost tracking and forecasting.
Manage all purchasing functions including purchase order processing, delivery arrangement, record maintenance and reports.
Contact suppliers to resolve missed deliveries, short shipments and pricing discrepancies
Maintains contact with vendors regarding orders and merchandise, new products, market conditions, and trends
Handles ticket purchases and travel documents for employees.
Deal with the Time sheets of the Labors
Handles petty cash and cheques
