Responsible for BOM generation of all parts on ERP.
Active member of CR (cost reduction) Project of Financial Year 2015-16 for reducing BOM cost.
Continuously interacted with R&D & QA team during the entire development process to support the idea generation.
Cost reduction by introducing alternate vendor & Value Engineering along with maintaining the quality aspects.
Development of parts for Die Proto (DP) & Pilot Production (PP) of new project.
Responsible for handling the documentation of All parts.
Was responsible for procurement of raw materials & packing parts.
B.Tech with Mechanical Engineering completed in 2012 with 66.2%. Then work for 3.6 years as Mechanical Engineer in Manufacturing Firm.
I have done 10th from Lala Rikhav Das Saraswati Vidhya Mandir Mohandiya,Bijnor (UP) ,with Science Side. I score 69.2% in Board Exam of High School,This was second heighest in my school.
