• Recruitment: In charge of Recruitment of Staff for 12 companies that comes under Ariane Holding. Construction, Engineering, Real Estate, Properties, Facility Management, Supermarket, restaurants, Event management, Interior Designing.
Key responsibilities includes, but not limited to sourcing, conducting screening Interviews, approval for position and structural amendments as per the position requirements, Offers and negotiation, Visa and documentation and staff onboarding with Orientation
• Prepared Organization structure and process map. Hiring budget analysis to prepare recruitment plans for staff optimization and succession planning, Updated all the job description across functions.
• HR administration: Managing employee records and filing system, including e-files.
Staff Training need assessment and administration in coordination with department Heads.
Prepare monthly payroll and oversee leave Management and EOS calculation for 2 companies.
Resolving employee grievances, counseling employees and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Mystery shopper for more than 80 brands.

Roles and Responsibilities:
▪ Recruitment of Contractual staff for specialized hiring. On boarding of HR technical staff.
▪ Supported and managed various HR projects such as Team mergers and office relocation,
▪ Prepared Service Catalogue, Employee File Management,
▪ Manage the procurement of Software for Occupational Health, etc.
▪ Produce various weekly onboarding status reports for Senior Management, CEO and Board members.
▪ Single handedly managed various office moves in-line with the organizational strategy on smooth transition for the Hospital activation.
▪ Set and continually manage workstream activation expectations with the HR PMO team and other key stakeholders.
▪ Proactively manage changes in activation program scope, identify potential crises, and discuss and review contingency plans with respective lead.
▪ Contribute to the review and alignment of workstream tasks to ensure they are integrated and sequenced.
▪ Plans, schedules and tracks program timelines and milestones using appropriate tools

Recruitment:
▪ Sourcing for positions across functions, through various channels- interim-Inhouse, Agencies and Social Media. Maintaining CV database and Recruitment reports.
▪ Writing content and publishing job advertisement - Internal and external.
▪ Conducting screening interviews, telephonic, Skype Interview and face to face Interviews.
▪ Administering candidate’s assessments, IQ and Psychometric tests.
▪ Preparation and issuance of Preliminary offer, Salary Offer Letters, managing offer negotiations and acceptance.
▪ Employment Background Verifications, professional accreditations and conducting World Checks (Passport &
Criminal Records verifications online).
▪ Maintained logs, and generated HRSS statistical summary reports as required
▪ Liaising with the Hiring Manager, Immigration, Management and the candidates.
Onboarding:
▪ Arranging candidate logistics and mobilization process.
▪ Joining formalities like workstation setup, systems access: email, ID,
Phone, Laptop, etc.
▪ Established and maintained an effective filing system for all the confidential documents, assessments, reports.
Training:
▪ Conducting HR Induction / Orientation for new joiners.
▪ Plan, design and delivered corporate soft skills training to Bank staff on Effective Communication, Telephone ethics and Customer service.
Achievements and Contributions:
•Brought down the travel cost by getting quotations from various travel agencies and tie-ups with various hotels and got Corporate discounted rates
•Designed and launched HR Helpdesk automated system in collaboration with IT, which is currently being successfully used by the Bank
•Installation of ID Security System at the Doha Bank tower in coordination with IT and Vendor.
