Responsibilities:
I achieve targets by selling, up-selling and cross-selling our technology solutions using Inbound calling, consultative and influencing selling techniques to create positive results for our distributors and our customers
• Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information and provide technical specifications, quotations and tenders
• Work closely with field sales managers & partners / distributors to acquire new opportunities / Support
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers, partners and distributors.
• Handling Inbound Sales Inquiries (Calls, Emails, Web-Chats & Partner MQLs) qualify the same with one round of calling & forward to Field Sales/Account Managers or Partners & tracking the same till closer.
• Partner Relationship Management.
• Follow-up /Coordinate with Partners and Distributors On Purchase Order and Shipment Delivery in Order to Meet Sales Achievement & Load/book orders on Juniper order management tool.
• Customize Deals Along with Solutions Engineer & Quote to Customer Via Partner / Distributor Channel.
• Preparing SPA (Special Pricing Approvals) in SAP interface tool & ticket raising to Sr. management for high level discount approvals.
• Providing end to end Field Sales/Account Managers support
• Maintaining SLA levels in updating SFDC
• Maintaining customer data management with all relevant fields with SAP IDs for business analysis
• Building long term relationships with key account clients & new clients.
• Building industry knowledge through communication and research.
• Arranging and participating in face to face meetings with the customer.
• Ensuring that customer requests are responded to in an accurate and timely manner.
• Working with development support to ensure that future demands by customer, can be accommodated in next level version.
• Helping to ensure that new version software, services, new projects releases are delivered within agreed timeframes.
• Developing and maintaining a good working knowledge of the functionality of the product to the extent of being the internal ‘product specialist’
