Conceptualize a product, identifying core problems/needs, gather feedback, and contribute to building an amazing
instant bank payment and account information product.

End-to-End Product Life-cycle Management from Scoping to Production, including Product roadmap creation, Release
Planning, Readiness Planning, External stakeholder management, Scrum ceremonies, production defect handling,
prioritizing defects, and taking decisions to defer them, etc. Conceptualize and design all significant features of payment
gateway and reconciliation.
• Product Development: Creation of Personas, User Journey Mapping, Affinity Mapping etc., for Product Backlog creation,
Product Backlog prioritization, Product backlog grooming including impact analysis, functional flows and after discussing
with business and stakeholders, test cases review, Go/No-Go decision making.
Full life cycle experience including requirements analysis, high-level design \[HLD\], detailed design \[LLD\], database de-
sign, coding, SIT, and creation of functional and technical documentation.
• Active interaction with Clients to study all the technical and business specs to understand the user requirements.
• Core framework designing and development using JAVA, Hibernate, J2EE.
• Preparation of design documents such as technical spec, Class Diagram and Sequence Diagram.
• Regular code review and product enhancement.
