Drilling of Gas Development Wells for NC-3 Project offshore Miri, Sarawak. Utilizing Tender Rig SKD T-10 (Sapura Kencana Drilling). NC-3 is a very challenging project especially drilling with total losses in production zone which is purely carbonate. Therefore for this project, Pressurized Mud Cap Drilling (PMCD operated by MI Swaco) is utilized. Besides, despite having quite a normal pore pressure range, these wells are categorized as high temperature. Therefore, tools, equipment and drilling fluid are rated likewise.
 Familiar with Baroid Drilling Fluid system as well as chemicals usage and functions.
 Utilization of new Solar Alert Wellhead design including Mandrel Hanger with lock-ring and Metal-to-metal seals for Mandrel Hanger Packoff & Tubing Hanger Packoff and Y-Block Type X-mas Tree for Monobore Completion.
 Utilization of Anadrill RSS, PowerDrive Xceed (point-the-bit) system, PowerDrive X6 (push-the-Bit) system, PowerDrive Archer, MWD, LWD tools and more specialized LWD tools including sourceless Neoscope for GR/Res/Den sensors as well as MiT’s iCWD and iCWD+ Tools.
 Familiar with Rig HSE case and implementation of HSE Case and Bow Tie, SKD Core Value and Petronas ZeTo Rules presentation among service teams.
 Drilling in H2S environment - H2S Drilling Practices and emergency evacuation procedures.
 Utilization of PMCD by MI Swaco for drilling production zone due to total losses.
 Utilization of Welltec & Qinterra Tractor Equipment to assist RIH perforation gun in high angle wells ~ 70-80° deviation.
 Attended "Hearts and Minds" Safety Program organized by Optimus.
 Implementation of Technical Limit program which is consulted by REACH. Worked closely with Operations Engineer in producing SID, lessons learned as well as planning of drilling program.
 Reporting system utilizing OpenWells by Landmark - a very good program and having advanced literacy in using this software.
 Implementation of SISO with PCSB-SKO and therefore implementation of Permit To Work System.
 On-site Trainer for Junior Well Engineer. Provided training and exercises for newcomers in drilling department.
