Monitoring Procurement and fabrication activities to ensure materials and services are delivered on time.
Monitoring milestones against project plan and Ensuring implementation of QA/ QC processes during construction.
Handling Quality & safety audits at sites and completing all testing and trials for final project handover.
Preparing annual budgets, developing maintenance strategies for specific areas, inventory management of CAPEX & OPEX spares in the role of area in-charge.
Played a key role in SAP implementation with respect to finalizing material master hierarchy levels, devising maintenance plans, monitoring MTBR, machine down time and delays through maintenance orders and notifications in SAP.
Leading ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 audit activities for given areas.
Training and developing junior engineers and building a strong team to achieve given targets.
