Job responsibility
•Ensure the established Quality management system reflects the actual working process.
•Coordinate with all departments for any query regarding the QA/QC system of the company.
•Liaison with contractors, consultant and clients for their quires regarding the quality system.
•To ensure that all latest quality documents are available at the place of use.
•Prepare and review Method statements, QCP, Material submittals, ITP, Quality control reports in accordance with project specification.
•Verification of physical and chemical test results of concrete, aggregates, reinforcements, steel strands, micro silica, polystyrene, admixtures etc. from internal and external testing facilities.
•Updating Project submittal register for network access.
•Analyze the daily non-conformance (red notes) raised on the product /process, calculate the loss due to errors by coordinating with responsible departments and prepare a monthly analysis report.
•To assist and facilitate internal audits.
•Arranging and ensuring that all the required quality documents are available before internal and external audit by coordinating with Internal lab facility.

Project Worked : Alain Water Distribution Network- Construction of Pump station @ Alain Reception Complex.
Scope of Work:
Installation, Welding and NDT works of Carbon steel Pipes of different diameters for the construction of the Pump Station at Al Ain Reception Complex.
Job Responsibility
•Acting as point of contact, monitor and control the project on day-to-day basis through its period of execution to ensure a safe, efficient, economical and timely completion of the project without compromising on quality.
•Coordination with Client and sub-contractors throughout the various phases of the contract. Attending site meetings & progress review meetings.
•Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
•Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant, quality control, health and safety matters on site.
•Ensuring the availability of specifications, and latest approved drawings and reporting to QA/QC Manager and Project Manager as well.
•Check and review of all QC Document like Quality Control Procedure (QCP), Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Method of Statement (MOS) to all Piping Activities for the entire project.
•Coordinating with welding/ piping inspectors for piping erection and welding activities and inspection agencies for error free inspection.
•Closing NCR’s by communicating and coordinating with relevant departments and compile all quality documents and thus preparing QC Dossier on completion of work orders/jobs.

Job Responsibility
•Following up with safety erection method statements and making arrangements of site survey.
•Coordinating with the surveyor to get the as-built report prepared before fabrication.
•Compiling as-built information and feeding it back to the design department to incorporate changes or modification, if any.
•Checking the Materials and Reports (Fit up & Dimensional, Welding visual, NDT and Painting reports) before raising the Inspection Request.
•Coordinating with quality control departments & representing matters with the client.
•Coordinating and arranging Third Party personnel for inspection
•Preparing and compiling quality documents according to acceptance and project requirements, making daily inspection reports and doing appropriate paper works for auditing.
