o Candidates sourcing for different positions required by the clients
o Contacting potential talent to build relationships and offer job vacancies
o Pre-screening candidates with the skills and qualifications in terms of job requirements
o Evaluate the skills and experience of the candidates
o Collection of RTR, and other necessary copies of the documents for identity
o Schedule interview & conduct interviews with the candidates to select best matching candidates
o Sourcing new clients for business development
o Touch Base with the consultants and the clients as well
o Prepare necessary onboarding documentation for the candidates
o Prepare business agreements, e.g. MSA, Placement agreement, NCA
o Prepare redacted and unredacted candidates’ resumes in company format
o Maintain correspondence with all the parties involved in the recruiting process
o Maintain ATS, create databases, create marketing campaigns
o Team collaboration and liaison with the partners
o Job posting, maintaining projects and pipelines, many more miscellaneous tasks as required
o Using these tools & technologies to leverage recruiting procedures - LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Talent Hub, Indeed, Recruiter Flow, Dripify, Zapier. SignalHire, Apollo, Trello, NoteJoy, ClickUp, Streak, GMass, G Suite, Microsoft 365, Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Zoom, Google Meets, Google Voice
o Accomplishing end-to-end recruitment process with different companies across the United States
o Receiving IT job requirements from vendors/implementation partners, end clients and providing
consultants/candidates/professionals accordingly
o Search and maintain interaction with consultants/candidates for various job openings
o Communicate/liaison with the end clients, third parties, consultants and take necessary
initiatives as required
o Prepare and handle emails and documentation in favor of our inhouse and external
candidates
o Assist and train inhouse consultants as required
o Maintain effective and smooth relationships with all concerns using phone, emails, social,
virtual, professional networks, zoom meetings, Webex etc.
o Vetting candidates vigorously in the interview before submission to the clients
o Having technical knowledge of new and updated technologies every now and then
o Tools & technologies used to leverage recruiting procedure - Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Career Builder, Zip Recruiter, G Suite, Microsoft Teams, TeamViewer, Microsoft 365, Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Zoom, Google Meets, Google Voice
o Managing everything related to software & hardware associated with the IT department
o Maintaining MY RIDE apps' (available on google play store) through the admin panel
o Monitoring all activities being operated by the software from our backend panel. In case of any
issues, instructions given to inhouse developers/programmers to fix the bugs in the shortest time possible
o Keeping track of all transactions made by the drivers, agents and the company itself or any other
relevant entity through the admin panel
o Organizing meetings and appointments
o Delegating work and planning workload

o Sanctioning daily needs/goods in accordance with necessity
o Dealing with post and emails

o Arranging the worker roster and to ensure the health and safety policy for each person working in
the production floor
o Maintaining communication and correspondence with foreign exporter companies who export
leather processing machinery & accessories, chemicals for leather processing, bathroom fittings & accessories
o Maintaining communication and correspondence with local leather processing companies and other
companies and clients who take our products
o Liaising with the companies abroad who take our products
o Negotiating with the counterpart companies and ensuring the settlement of business
o To make sure that the necessary banking and shipping documents received properly from other
side and sending them the necessary documents
o Communication with financial institutions, freight forwarders and shipping companies
o Monitoring the status of departure and arrival of the shipment and updating all related parties
o To keep the records of all initiatives taken in favor of the business
