I worked as project engineer for landscape works and landscape furniture and timber structure works, and worked on interior fitout projects and taken the following responsibilities.
1. Pre-requisite documents preparation and submission such as method statements, sample submittals with all necessary compliance statements w.r.t to specifications.
2. Preparing Material breakdown for each scope of work in reference with the IFC drawings and approved shop drawings.
3. Checking the BOQ quantities of each scope and verifying the quantity with QS as per the budget of the project.
4. Preparing daily and weekly progress report for each scope of work.
5. Planning the daily site activities in light with the project schedules and deadlines.
6. Daily Manpower allocations for each activity.
7. Managing the complete record of all the materials in stock.
8. Follow up with sub contractors for the work completions and approval.
9. Managing staff (site engineers and site forems) and takings reposts for progress.
10. Attending technical, commercial and weekly progress review meetings.
11. Coordination with main contractors for smooth progress and all necessary plant arrangements.
12. Site supervision and sorting out the technical site issues in light of approved shop drawings, design drawings and project specifications.
13. Raising material and work inspections for each scope.
14. Handing over of the completed works.

• Worked as an Internee at the Site office of District Development Authority, Dera Ismail Khan (DDA) from July to August 2010 in Design section of the department and worked on designing of retaining wall, designing of RCC buildings using software (sap 2000) under the supervision of designing engineer.

• Lab tests on different materials
a. Soil tests which includes moisture content, specific gravity test, Field density test, sieve analysis, Modified proctor test, Liquid limit, Plastic limit.
b. Bitumen tests of asphaltic material which includes, Marshal stability test, Bitumen extraction test, Flash point and fire point of bitumen.
c. Loss Angeles abrasion test.
d. CBR test.
• Concrete batching plant.
• Supervision of site work which includes survey work, compaction of different layers of pavement.
I did my BE Civil in 2012 and got first position. I was awarded gold medal and best group leader shield after the survey camp held in Abbotabad in the year 2012.
