Description: Responsible for the coordination and preparation of
design development and construction documents for all retail projects.
Developing new design details for subcontractor.
Coordinating with all interior subcontractors &site team.
Review the shop drawings supplied by subcontractors.
Preparation of shop drawings.
Managing a cad team for interior fit-out drawing production.

Develops preliminary and detailed design drawings.
Review and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure workability of the design.
Update preliminary design to obtain Consultant approval.
Review design to incorporate comments made by the Consultant.
Prepares detailed shop drawing of all trades for execution and production.
Site survey for shop drawings.
Prepares quantities from CAD drawings for different trades.
Prepares colour layout for presentation.
Coordinates with Designers, site Engineers and Sub-contractors etc.

Prepares design drawings according to
cad standards for submissions.

Exposure to concept design, design co-ordination, detailing of joinery, fit-outs, and Site Execution.

Freehand sketchs etc.
