At Cognizant, I am responsible for end to end management of the program delivery- which includes service delivery processes- transformation- cost optimization- people practices- customer satisfaction- contractual deliverables- risk management- internal & customer governance and enable business growth.
Also responsible for managing the day to day tasks related to managing the program in a Delivery Manager role with the P&L responsibility.

- At Budget, I am responsible to manage and develop central region to operational success and financial profitability with management responsibility for corporate locations across the functional areas of IT, operations, sales, after sales service and receivables.

- At Unisys, I was responsible for the End User Support to more than one lacks users environment. I was also responsible for team management for more than 75+ team members.
- UGSI showcased Six Sigma Lean Green Belt project On Customer Satisfaction, for a global client benefiting the organization in retention of client’s business and renewal of contractual services worth 1.3 million USD.
- Remediated RED accounts, to sustain service delivery and good CSAT.
- At SITEL, I was responsible for the conducting Management Development Programs, Product and Process training.
- During my tenure at ITC Infotech, I was responsible Level 3 support for all Sony Products.
