Responsibilities of Accountant:
• Active Member of the management team as an accountant.
• Reporting to the Finance Manager.
• Responsible for the overall accounting & admin activities.
• Effective co-ordination and interaction with operation teams.
• Total Inventory control of the organization.
• Finalization of books of accounts and periodical reporting.
• Introduced a proper accounting system for the organization.
• Supervision and internal control of Accounts and Finance function.
• Implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures.
• Co ordinate with warehouse management tasks, if it is required.

Responsibilities of Accounts Executive :
• Preparation of daily Sales report and closing balance reporting to the management.
• Providing MIS report to the Management.
• Follow up the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Handling Day to Day Accounting transaction effectively and meeting deadlines.
• Reconciliation of Branch accounts.
• Reconciliation of Bank accounts.
• Credit control for customer.
• Ensuring cheque deposits of PDCI & PDCR.
• Liaise with bank loans on OD facilities and Interests.
• Assisting external auditors to comply in preparation of final reports.
• Documents preparation for telegraphic transfer.
• Monitoring & analyzing stock and reporting to the Management.
• Preparation of Internal Stock Transfer between our branches, and keep a record of it.
• Planning and schedule the stock taking on monthly basis for all the branches.
• Shrinkage report will be summiting to the top management.
• Motivating the sales team to achieve showrooms target.
• Preparation of Payroll and Maintenance of Employees records.
• Co-ordinate with Division and IT to ensure all promotional schemes are timely defined in system to report correct costs and accurate information on the documents to customers.
• Handling admin. Activities such as (Visa Process & Cancellation, Company license renewals and misc. works)
