Activities and Responsibilities
1. Event Management (Exhibitions and trade shows)
- Planning and budgeting for the entire event for MENA region.
- Designing stand, promotional items, marketing and presentation material.
- Presentation of the company’s services.
- Leverage correspondence between suppliers and higher management.
- Single point of contact for suppliers.
- Participate in event videos and photoshoots for social media and online advertisement.
- Supervise clearance of event venue.
2. Business Relationship (Campaign designing and development & Social Media Marketing)
- Overlook UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait (regional) branding of company’s vehicles, equipment, billboard and sites offices.
- Corporate branding for company (regional).
- Priority customers’ marketing material design and finalization.
- Material design for print media activities.
- Mass media presentations designing.
- Negotiations and contract closure.
- Preparation of brand awareness campaigns for print and social media.
3. Content Management System (CMS)
- Evolution of company’s website content.
- Supervise routine updates improvements.
- Ensure that the services and client list are up to date.
- Electronic newsletters for general and social events.
- Analytics and Reporting.
- Managing social media campaigns and content.
4. Budgeting, Forecasting and planning for regional marketing activities
- Analyze cost affective yet productive options.
- Evolving and transforming activities based on change of market trend.
- Observing competitors’ activities and taking necessary action.
- Adopting modern digital marketing techniques.
5. Corporate Branding
- General branding for all company’s subsidiary divisions.
- Pre-qualification documentation.
- Marketing brochure, presentation and advertising for brand.
- Corporate videos & photos.
