Roles and Responsibilities in RedCentric PLC:
• Managing and troubleshooting 3rd Line technical issues on VMware, Windows, Citrix XenApp, SRM, Veem, MBS and vCloud director cell
• Acting as a final escalation point for all technical issues for VMware, Windows, Citrix XenApp, SRM, vShield Manager and vCloud director cell.
• Provisioning Physical and Virtual server based on the customer and project requirement
• Executing P2V and V2V conversion with VMware standalone converter
• Configuring VMware Cluster with HA, FT, DRS, DPM, EVC, SDRS, VUM etc.
• Troubleshooting Citrix Farm related Issues (Citrix presentation server, XenApp 6.5)
• Managing Citrix XenServer and Xen virtual machines with Citrix XenCenter
• Remote server Management (iLO, DRAC, IMM)
• Handling IBM Storwize v7000 Storage by creating mdisk, Storage pools, volumes and assigning to host
• Managing VMware vCenter Server, Tasks, Events and Alarms
• Working with VMware site recovery manager of protected and recovery sites by monitoring the respective VRMS and VR Servers to make sure the replication is happening without any issues
• Investigating, reporting and providing RCA for P0 and P1 critical tickets
• Creating and managing Organisation VDC with Cloud director cell and vCloud usage Meter Server
• Upgrading and decommissioning physical and virtual servers
• Managing server backup and Cloud Infrastructure with MBS VMware agent appliance and Veem.
• Provide Service Desk & Technical Support teams with workarounds & solutions to incidents Including documented solutions, procedures, and handover of repeatable processes to other teams
• Managing Antivirus servers like McAfee ePO, Trend Micro

Roles and Responsibilities in J.P Morgan Chase:
Primary skills are managing VMware and Windows servers, working on the problem tickets based on the priority levels. Apart from this I do lead a team with team size of 8 members with work allotment to the team and help them in resolving complex issues, handling daily calls with North America Team and getting updates on business and process.
• Installing and configuring VMware ESX Servers 4.x/5.x across global region NA, APAC, EMEA
