1- Prepare ITPs & direct QC Inspectors to follow the same inspection plan
2- Chaired meeting with other departments & discuss quality matters with them
3- Plan the NDT activities and maintain its log.
4- Prepare Final dossiers and all other associated documents related to it in order to get the FA certificate.
Assignment of proper resources to smoothen the progress achievement
Liaise with engineering & procurement department for the timely inspection of incoming material and offer inspection to client.
Preparation of PQP, ITP, Quality Procedures, method statements Test packages and WPS of all the activities based on relevant Standards.
Coordination of all inspection and testing activities with project execution team, assisting QA/QC Manager on implementation of quality control program and train QC inspectors for conducting / reporting inspections.
To study client specifications and ensure its implementation at site.
Closely monitor and ensure complete activities inspection step by step at Petro chemical Plant, Oil Refinery, Field Surface Facility and Oil Gathering Manifolds (OGM), which includes complete Civil, Mechanical and Electrical jobs as per client spec and inspection test plan.
Raising and follows-up of Site Technical Query (STQ) and Red Mark Drawing with client and promptly forward feedback to respective In-charges while maintaining record.
Assigning of inspection activities to Quality Control Inspectors and conduct surprise audits to site.
Working knowledge of relevant safety precautions and parameters as per safety standards and JSA.

• Interpretation / Review of Engineering Drawings
• Preparation of Quality Procedures, (QP, ITP) based on Client requirements
• To attend the pre inspection meeting with client for Project requirements
• Assigning of inspection activities to Quality Control Inspectors
• Raising of non conformance reports on QC violation findings
• Approval of As-built of Piping Re-routing, additional support & field joints in isometric drawings.
• Line walking and punch listing of RMC (Ready for Mechanical Completion) test packs of piping and verification inspection of punch killing
• Witnessing of Hydro test, Leak test, Pneumatic test, Flushing/Air Blowing activities.
• Coordination of all inspection and testing activities with project execution team, preparation of inspection & testing schedules, assisting QA/QC Manager on implementation of quality control program and conducting / reporting inspection and testing as per ITP.
• Supervising NDT (RT, DPT, UT and MPI) Preheating, and Post Weld Heat Treatment of the welded joints as per Designer’s Specifications and WPS.
• Supervising Welder Qualification Test (WQT) and preparing records.
• Monitor & follow up the timely close out of Non Conformities, Corrective Action Requests (CAR), Preventive Action Requests (PAR) and Field Trouble Reports (FTR).
• Dossiers preparation to release spools from fabrication shop with related inspections
• Preparing & submitting the final dossier to client.
• Performed Pickling and Paasivation of SS material
• Checking the piping isometric drawings with P&ID.
• Management and co-ordination of site resources for material inspection of all related fields
• Preparing Test Packs Of Under Ground & Above Ground of whole Project Area’s ( UREA, UTILITIES, AMMONIA)
• Working as Test Pack Coordinator (Snamprogetti, Engro, Execution and FEDC).
• Execute detailed Engineering activities using different industrial specification as ASME, API and other International Engineering practices
• Raising and follows-up Technical Query (TQ), with client and promptly forward feedback to respective In-charges/ concerned while maintaining record.
• To study client specifications and its implementation
• Maintenance & follow up all Quality related activities
• Preparation of BOM (Bill of Materials) from Isometrics
• To review and approve the design change requests raised by production dept.
• Monitoring the running project and insure that work is running as per required standard or as per spec. provided by Client
