Actively Participated as Lead Mechanical Engineer/ Site Manager for the Technical Review Meetings, Specifications, Perform Engineering Design Reviews and Approval of Mechanical Equipment. Supervised Project Installation and Commissioning activities of Alwadjh- SEC Power plant (3X80MW) and Rabigh -SEC Power plant (28X80 MW) in Saudi Electricity Company Power projects and Riyadh PP8.
Superintended and Supervised the day to day installation and commissioning activities and Verified the physical progress and appraise the contractor performance of installation, erection and commissioning of power plant equipment Gas turbine, its auxiliaries and its allied all supporting equipment for safety and quality.
• Supervise the maintenance activities on Daily defects, Planned, Breakdown maintenance and Annual Overhauling of Mechanical Equipments listed below.
•Gas Turbines Inspections: Boroscope / Combustion / Hot Gas Path / Major Overhauling.
•Technical Evaluation of Contractors / Suppliers Quotations, Bids / Tenders, Comparison & Finalizing.
•Prepare Shut down reports, Technical Failure Rectification reports.
•Representation in Daily Operation, Maintenance & Planning Departments meetings.

•Arrange periodical walk downs and prepare punch list prior to Plant Shut down.
• Witnessed guarantee Performance Test as per ANSI /ASME PTC 22 1977 code for Fr 6FA DLN II Gas Turbine on Simple & Combined Cycle.
• Carried out Offline and Online water wash of Gas Turbine, Puff Test of Co2 Fire Fighting.

• 60 MW Gas Turbine Fr 6FA DLN II (GE/France) with Mark V SPEEDTRONIC control and auxiliaries.
• Heat Recovery Steam Generator 128 T/Hr, Superheated Steam Pressure105 bar @ 535º C- Natural Circulation- Triple pressure (BHEL / India)
• 35 MW Steam Turbine- HNK 71 / 3.2 - 4 (BHEL / India)
• 120 Ton /Hr capacity Air Cooled Condenser, Condensate Extraction pumps and Vacuum pumps
• 2500 KW Gas Booster Compressor, IA / PA Compressor, Water treatment plant, Air Cooled Heat Exchanger and Closed cooling water Pumps, HVAC system and Fire Fighting system.
