• Coordinate with the Projects Execution Department and other stakeholders to ensure projects are being
implemented as per schedule and budget.
• Solid practical experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Irrigation, Storm water, Drainage water, LPG
Gas piping works.
• Develop the scope of work for roads assessment services to be outsourced to ensure delivered work
meets the division needs and requirements.
• Verify Building structural, piping, channel of storm and road design drawings and coordinate with the technical office in case of any technical obstacles to solve them.
• Prepare and present technical reports to project management, including a monthly progress summary report/dash board, and review/evaluate contract or weekly and monthly progress reports for Mechanical works.
• Provide work place mentoring and guidance to less experienced members of staff to ensure they can develop the necessary skills to deliver in their role.
• Good experience and knowledge in reviewing compliance and the interpretation of international quality codes & standards associated with HVAC, water network piping, Firefighting, storm water and infrastructure.

My Duties and Responsibilities are!
• As a Team Member of engineers to carryout day to day work as per specification.
• Inspect all Mechanical Works at Construction Site - HVAC, Plumbing, Irrigation, Fountains, Sanitary, Fire Fighting & Pump Room (Equipment, Piping & Accessories).
• Review Shop drawings confirming to Design drawing.
• Monitor progress of Mechanical activities, compare with planned construction schedule and identified activities lagging behind and make sure the completion of project on time.
• Inspect TAB Performance and Commissioning (BMS) all mechanical & HVAC Equipment’s according to the approved technical data and specification.

Project Summary
Served as Mechanical Engineer for the construction of a high-rise building hotel of 122, 454 m² Built up Area with total height of 114.79 Mtr. consists of 26th typical floors, served by centralized A/C system (10 No. of Chillers 335 TON) each with total capacity of 33, 500 Ton’s, with FCU's & HRAHU's & AHU's. The mechanical system has also central steam, compressed air system, hot water system with boilers and clarifiers. And there is also central commercial kitchen, laundry and cold stores. There is also gray water plant to provide flushing water for the water closets.
My Duties and Responsibilities are.
• Responsible and installation of all Mechanical Works at Construction Site of HVAC, Plumbing, Irrigation, Fountains, Drainage, Storm Water, Fire Fighting, Boilers, Testing & Balancing and Commissioning of all Mechanical and HVAC System.
• As Mechanical Site Engineer, MEP Contractor responsible for project at Jabal- Al Kabah 5 Star (Anjum Hotel) at Makkah Mukarrama KSA.
• Reviewing the material submittals and following up with Supplier/Subcontractors.
• Planning mobilizing/demobilizing as well as interacting and following up with main contractors to meet deadlines and complete project on schedule.
• Checking shop drawings As-Built Drawing before submitting to the consultant.
• Checking the design drawings and raising queries to consultant for any design issues.
• Organizing and spearheading the coordination meetings with client, consultants, main contractor, and sub-contractor to resolve all coordination issues.
• Providing guidance to suppliers/sub-contractors in case of any issues with the supply management.
• Preparing the project update and reporting to top management and client.
Projects : 500 Bed Hospital Baljuraishi and 500 Bed Hospital Turaif.
