Operation, Installation & Maintenance of Industrial equipment, and
products.
-Ensuring CAFM PMS compliance is fully adhered to by all the departments,
using oracle ERP
-Ensuring the effectiveness of the QA/QC team & conducting condition
Assessments.
-Managing and monitoring team performance for PPM and reactive works
against SLAs and KPIs.
-Preparing client monthly reports and review and interrogating contractor’s
monthly reports.

- Lead, manage and train both soft service & hard service teams for
operation & maintenance
Monitor the quality and quantity control of FM works in the entire project.
-Monitor the quality & manage the Janitorial & housekeeping works; -
-Coordinating with the management, Training & Monitor supervisors,
technicians,
- Planning and execution of facility-related (PM/CM) programs and
managing the Facilities with Maintenance & soft service team
-Meet divisional goals and metrics and ensure safety, health, and
environmental matters
-Evaluate CM/PM work orders to reduce overall maintenance costs.

Assist with coordinating Installation and Commissioning.
-Perform cost/benefit analysis and engineering recommendation
-Provide day to day support of operational and maintenance issues on site.
-Create &modify maintenance and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Facilitate meetings to provide technical expertise as a consulting engineer
on PHP.
-Design and Installation of Fire, Gray water and Irrigation pumps, Hot and
Chilled water systems, and pump head calculation.
-Collaborating with suppliers/sub-contractors and architects to develop
Value engineering options beneficial to the company.
-Negotiating with the suppliers/sub-contractors to achieve cost effective
and quality services.
-Analyzing inspection reports, operational health and safety procedures
and coordinating inspection procedures for diverse projects.
