 Greeting customers in reception lounge.
 Distributing customers to service advisors.
 Attending customers regarding maintenance and repair jobs.
 Taking care of work in progress reports of a group of service advisors.
 Tracking closely & achieving monthly targets as per the norm of company.
 Taking vehicle feedback report of unsatisfied customers provided by customer satisfaction index report & using all skills & techniques to satisfy them & make then a satisfied customer.
 Always try to keep a pleasant relation with customers.
 Try to convince customers to purchase new vehicles from our dealership only.
 Look after the quality of work done by service advisors in reception & ensure that each & every customers should be attended properly & taken full care of them.
 Assisting service advisors for taking approval for estimates for major repairs.
 Taking care of customer satisfaction index scores & taking it to the highest level & meeting GM target scores very easily & below are the awards supporting it.
 Ensure smooth co-ordination between reception, workshop & parts department.
 Manage customer complaint tactfully, follow up with dissatisfied customers.
 Improve on customer satisfaction results.
 Conduct regular meeting with front office executives & the productive staff to establish the improvements toward the weak area.
 Develop customer service skills in service advisors by providing the lectures on the customer service ethics.
 Visiting & maintaining good reputation with fleet customers.
 Above all managing & controlling reception & staff.
