Ensure the technical aspects of the POD delivery and installation are executed efficiently, accurately, and meet all engineering and safety standards.
Evaluate the installation site for structural integrity and suitability, including soil conditions and accessibility.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and other engineers to integrate PODs with existing structures or site layouts.
Ensuring that all engineering tasks are completed on time.
Act as a liaison between the Red Sea global and installation team to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goal.
Supervise the installation process to ensure that it adheres to technical standards and project specifications.
Address and resolve any technical issues that arise during installation, including unforeseen challenges related to site conditions or equipment.
Coordinate with QC for inspections and tests to verify that the POD and its components are installed correctly and function as intended.
Ensure that all installation activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Coordinate with safety engieer to implement and enforce safety procedures to protect the installation team and site personnel.
Maintain thorough documentation of engineering processes, safety inspections, and compliance checks.
Prepare and present technical reports and updates to project stakeholders, highlighting progress, issues, and resolutions.
Daily resource allocation and tracking the the progress of works and updating.
Coordinate with other contractors for connections outside the pod.

Project : Construction of 682 residential apaprtments
My duties & responsibilties:

• Monitoring the site construction activities and Observe, check and record work execution is in accordance with approved methods.
• Reporting and coordinates with Resident Engineer’s and Assistant Resident Engineers on work activities.
• Ensures that Contractor’s equipment, material and installation are in conformance with drawings and specifications.
• Issues non-conformance reports for non-compliance or defective items.
• Conducts surveillance inspections, hold point release inspections and witness other inspections.
supervise and direct the contractor work activities.
• Review specifications, drawings, inspections, test reports, delivery schedule, and technical data.
• Assisting the Contractor for interpreting drawing and specifications.
• Review Contractor response to NCR closure
• Review Contractor technical submittal, technical queries and field change document.
• Assisting the Contractor compliance with QA/QC procedures, Inspection and Testing Plans and • Method Statements to ensure all tests are carried out as per Contract requirements.
• Monitor the Contractor for approved material and storage for the project.
• Assisting QS to measure the work done at site, if required
• Assist in the preparation of AS builts drawings
• To undertake specific projects as required for snagging/ de-snagging and other works

Project executed:
1. Vida Hotel, Galleria Mall & carpark, Address Hotel
2. construction of 303 villas.
My duties and responsibilities includes:

•Monitoring over all civil, structural works as per approve shop drawing, method statement and project specification.

• Attending Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.

• Verify that quality control efforts of sub-contractors and suppliers correspond with the overall QA/QC procedures.

• Reviewing contractor’s submittals, sub-contractor’s prequalification documents, inspection request, material submittals, method statements, shop drawings, as build drawings, look ahead schedule and other technical documents.
• Attend all inspection and field test requirements of the project at all stages of process.

• Ensure that materials received on site are inspected with proper documentation, completeness and condition to ensure the compliance with the specifications.

• Attend regular progress meetings with contractor to ensure the progress on site activities meets the requirements of the construction program.

• Issuing site observation notice and NCR for defective works.

• Review and prepare daily, weekly, monthly, progress reports.

• Ensure that all relevant codes and/or specifications are applied at Project.

I was appointed as site engineer for the project named "Clinics & car park " and "liwan mixed use development" at Bahrain. My roles and responsibilities includes:

• To check and supervise the structural and
architectural design and ensure that all
constructed in safest and sturdiest manner.
• Be aware of all aspects of the project quality
requirements and the project quality plan.
• Observes work in progress to assure
conformance with requirements and acceptable
workmanship.
•Demonstrates continuous effort to improve
operations, decrease turnaround times,
streamline work processes, work cooperatively
and jointly to provide quality seamless customer
services..
• Prepares daily progress/labour report.
• Verify the quality, correctness, and time delivery
of the work activities.
