Responsibilities
Prepare, scan documents & maintain Purchase Order and keep hard copies in records.
(Comparison, Quotations, LPO)
1. Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.
2. Prepare LPOs (Stock, Service, Mechanical, Electrical, Workshop, Transport, Overhead,
Capex, Oil & Diesel, Generators, Maintenance Department, Safety Department etc..
3. View carefully supplier’s quotations & information about products to be ordered.
4. Purchase orders send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
5. Scan documents accordingly as per PO attached documents.
6. Perform buying duties when necessary.
