• Lead the execution of month-end and year-end closing activities as per corporate financial policies and procedures, maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, P&L accounts ensuring quality and efficiency in the deliverables
• Coordinate with accounts payable team on supplier payments, verify the validity and accuracy of the payments to ensure a smooth and efficient payment processing.
• Monitor, review, and control supplier invoices, advance payments, and other ad-hoc payments as applicable ensuring that payments are correct, process within the service delivery norms, and comply with contractual terms and conditions.
• Foster an effective working relationship with auditors both internal and external to ensure that all recommendations and findings identified by the audit are acted upon promptly with the necessary action implemented
• Maintain a healthy relationship with all stakeholders (Service providers, Operation team, Controlling team, Accounts Payable team, Internal Auditors, External Auditors & Regional team)
• Manage and ensure the implementation of departmental policies as per SOX compliance, procedure, and controls covering all assigned areas are fulfilled while delivering a quality and cost-effective service.
• Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices.
• Lead and manage vendor account reconciliation, balance confirmation, and financial statements and ensure all supplier Invoices are booked on time.
• Monitor, review, and control primary and secondary fleets' costs and assure the integrity of freight payments with real-time cost control techniques.
• Establish and manage the cost control system in order to support the decision-making process and ensure all the spending is within the approved budget.
• Manage and review the provisions of freight packages (Primary and Secondary), and warehouse packages, and ensure the provision accuracy and timely submission as per the monthly closing calendar.
• Ensure any deviation from the budget is promptly identified and analyzed, the final impact is estimated, and the effect of corrective actions taken is monitored.
• Ensure the procurement and accounting systems are appropriately engaged with Operations, support operations during the contract changes/claims process providing the cost impact analysis.
• Prepare daily and monthly cost reports.
• Manage and provide analysis of current transportation and operation practices to determine process and cost improvement opportunities
• Creates reports and reporting mechanisms to monitor and control all aspects of the supply chain, including vendors, and inbound transportation to report logistics cost, service standards, and transport plan through the supply chain.
• Maintains a centralized control KPI tracking and monitoring financial results against the yearly budget.
• Participates in the development of the yearly expenses transport budget and prepares the proper report analysis.

- Accurately generate and process all reports that are communicated to key stakeholders.
- Developing customized big databases by using MS Access, Power Pivot, and shares insights based on the needs of the business units
- Manage and administrate the sales database to verify data integrity for accurate reporting.
- Maintains a centralized control KPI tracking and monitoring revenue results against the yearly budget

- Developing and managing Sales team Route Plans and share insights based on the needs of the business

- Manage the Performance Management Meetings across Saudi Arabia due to this sales got increased by 25 % in 2017 compared with 2016, and 35% in 2014 compared with 2013
