Duties & Responsibilities:
• Leading the sales team & motivating them to generate potential leads, to build strong relationships with customers.
• Weekly meetings to monitor & discussing the sales leads and identifying the potential leads to convert them to secure the businesses.
• Meeting with clients for Promoting 3PL concept and developing market by seizing long term contracts in FMCG, Last mile & express services, Petrochemicals, Trading & Contracting companies and Oil & Gas Industries.
• Supporting to sales executives for submission of biddings i.e. Technical & Commercial Proposals for a long-term dedicated contract.
• Sourcing to approach potential customers for warehousing, Cross boarder transportation and contract logistics to accelerate profitability in monthly revenue.
• Develop good rapport with existing and new customers by meeting them with their management and operational dept heads to discuss the customer KPIs & safety related issues.
• Worked closely with sales team to achieve the given targets.
• Keep record of sales and closely monitor with accounts dept for invoicing to ensure timely submission of invoices to customers and make effective follow-up with collection to update the receivable status of every individual customer.
• Regular follow-up with customers for releasing our payments in case of any discrepancy then escalates the matter to the management to resolve amicably and release our payments.
ACHIEVEMENT & CONTRACTS SECURED DURING THE YEAR OF 2023 & 2024:
• 10 Dedicated Side Curtain Trailers for 1 year contract. (Jan 2024 - Jan 2025).
• Renewal of Contract with MAADEN for 3-year contract. (Jan 2024 - Dec 2026).
• 40 Dedicated Flatbed Trailers for 2 Years contract. (Rig Move Operation) (Oct 2022 - Sept 2024).
• 2 Dedicated Colling unit Box Trailers for 5 years contract. (Nov 2023 - Oct 2027).
• 1 Dedicated Bulker for 1 year contract. (Sept 2023 - Aug 2024).
• 15 Dedicated Micro Silca Bulkers for 1-year contract. (Nov 2023 - Oct 2024).
• 10 Dedicated Flatbed Trucks for 5 years contract. (June 2021- May 2026).
