• Checking weld joint preparation, fit up, alignment & dimensional inspection as per drawings.
• Maintaining of latest project specification, ITP’s, procedures and drawings.
• Review of approved WPS and PQR.
• Witness of welder qualification test (WQT) and procedure qualification test.

• Familiar with Welding processes as GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, and SAW.
• Review the Radiography films, witness Ultrasonic test, PT, MPT.
• Preparing cutting layout verifying and approving with concerned authorities. Carrying material inspection at site Witnessing fitup inspection checking root or bevel angle inspection as per drawings given.
• Certified in CSWIP 3.1 welding inspection .approving welding qualification as per ASME sec IX .following ASME SEC IX code as per drawing provided

• Assist Quality Assurance Manager in QA/QC relevant tasks.
Ensure that manufactured products and proprietary goods conform to specifications of standard and quality.
• Investigate any failure of product to meet specification and recommend corrective action necessary to ensure conformity with quality specifications and standards.
Collation of Manufacturing Data Records, ensuring traceability is retained on all primary materials from Mill Certificates to the finished product.
• Knowledge Carrying out welding inspection, as per ASME code
● in (WPS), ASTM codes, ASME section IX.read and interpret P&ID, ISOMETRIC drawings.Carrying Load test of overhead (EOT) cranes SWL 150T
● Exposed to maintenance activities of overhead cranes .Familiar with ITP, Non conformity report (NCR), PUNCH LIST
● Certified ASNT NDT LEVEL II (RT UT MPT, DPT)
● Trained in ISO 9001-2008 TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS.
