Job Description:
The job role is to look after the Mechanical scope of the project on the behalf of the client in representation of BAYKAR as consultant scope by BAYKAR.
Oversea the Mechanical Scope of the Project, Focusing on the design review, Material submittal review, technical compliance with RSAF specification and applicable international codes and standards. Installation inspection and supervision, Construction monitoring, Site visits, Material inspections and work inspections, Partial testing and phase testing of sewage, potable, fire, compressed air networks and systems. Snag Lists, Punch lists, sub contractor management, Progress monitoring, Weekly and monthly progress meetings with all concerned parties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage all project activities related to Steel Structure, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Plumbing, Tube
Mill erection, and Mechanical Equipment installation.
• Develop comprehensive project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Report project progress, risks, and key performance indicators to senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical submittal before execution.
• Manage the erection and alignment of steel structures and heavy mechanical equipment in accordance with project specifications.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
•Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, international codes, and client requirements.
•Monitor project schedules and implement recovery plans to mitigate delays and maintain project milestones.
•Control project budgets, monitor costs, and optimize resource utilization to achieve financial objectives.
•Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and specialized tools.
•Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications.
•Ensure implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures and (HSE) policies
•Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize operational and commercial impacts.
•Chair project coordination meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
