 Efficiently spearheaded a team of 7 accountants at head office and in 13 depots.

Key Responsibilities:
 Directing the preparation of the policies, procedures, statutory, quarterly accounts and maintaining supporting records for consolidated financial statements/accounts for the entire department in accordance with standard accounting practices, improving monthly management accounts cycle and forecasting cash flows.
 Designing annual budget guidelines to optimize project cash flows, managing working capital requirements and re-organizing processes for optimal utilization of financial structures for the group companies.
 Managing accounts for suppliers, consultant’s staff, banks and auditors, follows up on contracts with the customers and analyze, negotiate the cost of contract with them.
 Directing various financial accounting activities like review of accounts payable, purchase order, cash receipts, business licenses, payroll management, utility billing, invoicing, refunds, , collection of accounts receivable, management, payment of suppliers and contractors, prepare, correct and distribute expenditure reports to all departments.
 Delivering audited financial statement at year-end. Reviewing, developing and implementing modifications to auditing procedures assuring conformity to accounting policy to increase effectiveness and efficiency of auditing.
 Developing and administering the annual budget, forecasting financial expenditures for staffing, equipment, materials and supplies, monitoring and approving expenditures.
 Streamlining the preparation of monthly /quarterly and annual financial reports/ consolidating financial statements that summarize and forecast the financial position, such as balance sheet, profit/ loss statements, budget report and cost report and provided valuable inputs to the management.
 Identifying requirement of additional workforce, conducting training sessions to develop highly proficient accounting/ financial management team to achieve/surpass defined organization’s targets/goals.
