Description of the Project: I am working for the MOBILY Telecom client. I am performing end to end task of security & compliance issues of Mobily server. I am only the person who is taking care of this account. There I have to perform the regular health check of server and the applications to generate the monthly reports for the application & server status. I am using the IBM TEM(Tivoli Endpoint Manager) Tool to perform the health checks for the servers, patching and PVT(Post Verification Testing) of the applications. I am also using TEM SCA tool for fetching the report. I am performing the full server maintenance of the Mobily client. I have to use ECM(Enterprise Content Management) tool to closely monitoring the server health check. I have to regularly update the patches in the server.
Responsibility:
I have to perform the health check of all the UNIX & Windows server.
Handling the client calls and providing the regular updates to the stake holder.
Handling Application Deployment activities.
Using the BMC Remedy for generating the tickets..
Providing the server compliance and security.
Registering the policies on the server so will not deviate.
Tools Used: CITRIX, IBM TEM, TEM SCA, TSCM, ECM.

Description of the Project : I am working for the TELSTRA Telecom client. I am taking care of the 2 applications of Telstra. There I have to perform the daily health checkup of the applications and generating the monthly reports of the application status. I am using Web logic to perform the deployment, patching and PVT(Post Verification Testing) of the applications. I have to carefully monitoring the server. If deployment is implementing I have to shutdown the servers and put the sorry pages during that time after completion I have to remove the sorry pages and start the server. I have to closely monitor the mercury which tells that there is continuous break down of the application. I have to raise the incidents using ITAM as IM, PM, CM (Incident, Problem & Change Management).

Take an active role in challenging and suggesting enhancements to existing processes and workflows.
Monitoring SLA (Service Level Agreement) for the clients and driving Incidents to resolutions on technical bridge meetings.
Delivering presentations and training the new hires on Incident, problem and change management process.
