Carrying out all the HSE activities as stipulated in the project HSE plan.
Taking initiative and leadership in organizing all HSE program in the Project.
Submit observation/daily inspection reports to the site construction management for corrective action.
Inspection of scaffolding platforms & advice for necessary corrective action.
Ensure that excavation hazards are controlled/ eliminated and work is being carried out by work procedure.
Conduct gas test in confined space and ensure all the requirements fulfilled prior to start the job as well as to check whether work groups are with Gas monitor, SCABA & other mandatory PPE at work place inside live plant.
Inspecting vehicles at random, monitoring road safety management, assessing drivers competence & advice to the management. Inspection of insurance and third party certificates of equipment like crane, hydra, man lift/cherry picker, back hoe, excavator, forklift, bobcat etc and ensure that operators have valid operating and third party license.
