• Lead and supervise mechanical construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project timelines

• Adhere to the centralized procurement policies and procedures to procure goods and services

• Create, maintained and changed all Master data like material master with different field selection,
vendor master with different account groups, info record, source list etc

• Implement & monitor the PQP to achieve the project quality objectives; ensure
within safety parameters & followed HSE plans
• Ensure quality standards are met as per the Project quality assurance plan
through documents like MOM, WIR, MIR, RFI, NCR, IRL, MSF, CRF, MOS etc
• Develop method statements for the activities including job safety analysis,
Inspection test plan and checklist based on project specs
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality plan
• Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all
procedures; Oversee all testing methods and maintain high quality standards
• Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project
specifications & quality parameters
• Ensure all materials arrived at site are inspected & approved before installation
• Monitor & track all the issued NCR reports, their corrective & preventive actions
• Managing teams of QC engineers & inspectors & ensure weekly WIR & MIR targets
are being achieved
• Weekly QC progresses meetings with internal team, higher management and
client to ensure smooth flow of work, material inspections and their approvals
• Ensure that all necessary quality records are identified and retained in accordance
with client and regulatory requirements
• Plan, execute, monitor & inspected mechanical services installation work : drainage,
fire-fighting, water supply, chilled water, vacuum, GI ceiling ducts, SS riser ducts,
Piping networks - copper, cast iron, ductile iron, GI, sump pumps, FF pumps etc.
• Managing teams of mechanical site engineers, supervisors, foremen & technicians
• Follow-up & coordination with electrical, civil, architectural & consultant teams
• Regular follow-up with material & ware house teams for in-time materials
• Ensure OSH environment is followed by all the teams in the project
• All Firefighting systems installation throughout the whole project
• Coordination with civil, architectural & sub-contractors for Mechanical services installation
• Identify the issues, coordinate with all stake holders to resolve them for smooth flow of work
• Coordination with procurement team to ensure material availability on site to achieve weekly &
monthly targets to achieve number of inspections approved
• Responsible for Mech. services execution work, quality control, inspections & testing the systems
• Ensure all systems are tested & approved; handed over to the commissioning team
• Monitor Inspections are followed in first, second & final fix for MEP clearance
• Installation of MEP services on the project - firefighting, water supply, drainage, chilled water, ducting
& air conditioning systems - includes; GI pipes, PVC pipes, UPVC pipes, pumps, heat exchangers,
AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, insulation, GI & PU ducting, grills & diffusers and low voltage systems
• Ensure all MEP services are properly coordinated with architectural drawings, executed & inspected
• Ensure all MEP work are executing as per MOS & ITP & within QHSE policy
• Ensure MEP issued are well coordinated during shop drawings & execution stages
• Coordination among all services at the project from the stages in planning, quantity take off,
materials, manpower scheduling, execution of services, quality control, testing & handing over
• Coordination with tender department, price evaluation, inviting vendors for quotation, prepare
comparison sheets for prices
• Procurement of materials & manpower for the awarded projects
• Finalize the prices for the services, items & materials in line with the company policy
• MEP services bill of quantities, sending request for quotations, negotiation the prices & sign the
contracts as per the management consent
• Supervising & monitor the installation of mechanical services for different projects i.e. firefighting
sprinkler, hose reel & hydrant systems with fire pumps
• Installation of water supply & drainage piping network with pumps, GI, PVC, UPVC piping & sanitary
fixtures (plumbing) and HVAC systems which includes refrigerant piping, ducting, FCU etc
• Logistics arrangements for materials & manpower; carrying out testing systems
• Coordination with consultants, main contractor for installation and billing approval for processing
the payments
• Working on bill of quantities for steel & mechanical services
• Materials order, follow-up, issue PO, ensure proper delivery of items on time
• Raising RFI, MIR and coordination with consultant for inspection & approvals • Assisting engineer & manager in daily & monthly tasks to achieve targets • Ware house fabrication, transportation & erection works; ensure within safety parameters • Coordinate inspections with main contractor and consultants • Installation of fire sprinkler, hydrant & hose reel systems with GI piping, refrigerant piping, water supply & drainage networks • Manpower handling & scheduling in order to achieve weekly / monthly targets • Materials storage, issuance & maintain inventory • Handing over installed works to commissioning teams after carrying out testing works
