As per the manager Approval I used to convince customer and make them happy with first call
resolution,
Whenever they are lined up in meeting or in client calls and ensure that I, reported all issues
pertaining to Manager &Head Office.
Maintained proper call flow in our department so that we dont miss abandoned calls.
Verified each and every call before we proceed further in a call so that we dont disclose any
customer details to any of the caller.
AHT (Average handling time) we had a mind set to wrap up the call so soon as we can to proceed with next call where customer can be more happy than waiting on queue.
Handle sales activities, meet sales targets, provide excellent customer service.
Handle general administrative tasks like attending phone calls, answer customer
queries etc.
preparing inventory register & weekly reports.
Answer telephone calls & attend to customer queries.
Deliver the customer quires and request appropriately.
Whenever we get calls used to document in application so that other agent would not find
difficulties to know what happened in previous call and the issue.
Keep track or file the confidential documents of the company.

● AXA Business life:
DNM is the department works insurance policies for UK we send out flyers to all the customer in UK who is above age 18 years so there home address, so that if the customer is willing or not willing to apply for the insurance policy if he/she is interested then
we will send them the PDF application form to enroll with us then therefore we will get the application forms signed and we will forward the same to concern department for payments and
premiums and due dates will be discussed from CCD (customer care department) if he/she is not
interested then we will stop the mails receiving to customer with the help of application which will
take 7 to 8 business days.

● Altisource was a part of Ocwen:
REO sales was the department where is was working for Semi-voice as relocation coordinator for US and in US once the property is foreclosed due to non payment of the rent the property
belongs to Ocwen therefore we take care and give them some settlement amount as per the value of the property more than 30% of the amount so we used to call up the customer if your
satisfy with this amount if not we take approval from the manager then we give extra 2 or 3% of the amount only when it is genuine case so we send them the PDF, Occupancy termination
agreement (OTA) W9 form for the taxation purposes so once customer receives he or he has to send us the documents signed within 24hours along with the Id proof so once we receive the
documents we verify and then send for check processing then customer will receive the check within 7 to 10 business days.
