Maintain hard and soft copy of all deliverable or transmittal, documents like alignment sheets, data sheets, plot plans and layouts for all the disciplines.
Maintain the document with proper revision number in project specific folder.
Distribute the commented or approved document to concerned person or agency for further action.
Take out drawings prints from the plotter in different sizes like A0, A2, A1 and A3.
Preparing drawings report weakly wise and submit it to construction manager.
