Retail Sales Management
• Accountable to drive retail sales and profit plans for all retail outlets, execution of all operational strategies across all stores
• Responsible to drive growth in the area of exhibitions and activations
• Lead and direct the development of store level sales goals & action plans for entire sales team
• Responsible for continual expansion & building strong relationship with the existing & new customer base
• Forecast & develop annual retail sales targets, projecting expected sales volume & profit for existing & new outlets
• Maintain stocks by keeping current requirement with supply and demand & changing trends
• Monitor market activities, devise strategies & techniques for achieving the sales targets thereby decide the future course of action for all sales team
Retail Inventory Management
• Review and effectively deal with line of products (fast/slow/new) and implement necessary action
• Minimize inventory loss/ shrinkage in line with assigned targets
• Oversee the inventory management i.e., stock availability, order management, stock movement
• Plan and Lead monthly promotions, Special offers well in advance and ensuring timely executions
• Ensure proper stock level is maintained at every retail outlet at all time.
• Manage retail outlets efficiently & effectively, ensuring regular visits and monitoring their compliance with policy, procedure and standards.
Retail Sales Administration & Team Management
• Handle the Leave administration of the retail sales team in coordination with HR/Admin Dept.
• Provide support to staff to develop their skills & ensure the team is formally address with clear improvement plan
• Ensure that all the retail outlets are governed by local rules & regulations
• Perform any other tasks or duties to achieve the overall sales objectives of the organization
