Monitor the implementation of the requirements of Safety Management Plan and arrange continuous and formal daily safety monitoring to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
To liaise with and support Area Engineers / Superintendents / Supervisors to promote safety
Awareness in their area of responsibility
To detect identify, analyze, control, eliminate recognized hazardous acts, condition, behavior and violation.
To investigate and report immediately in writing all accidents, unsafe acts, near misses occurred at work site and the report shall be submitted immediately to the concerned personnel.
Monitor the implementation of completed Risk Assessments.
Monitoring the usage of safety barriers, including timely removal.
Assists in preparing Toolbox talk subjects for the supervisor and monitor its compliance.
Responsible in issuing weekly / monthly safety reports including all accident / incident, hazards and near misses observes, manpower, man hours worked and concerned personnel.
Involved in ensuring safety discrepancy logbook is each work areas, its location can be easily noticed / accessed and the supervisor review the logbooks on regular basis to take the necessary correction action.
To participate in the weekly safety audit inspection and to ensure that all the unsafe acts/ conditions reported and corrected.
Coordinate with Clint Safety management team.
Involved in preparation and issuing Final Safety Report for the Project.
Coordinate with the Clint’s safety officers regarding safety procedures in job site.
Coordination with the subcontractors of safety Department from time to time regarding safety matters.
Attending subcontractor pre- deployment safety orientation class whenever they have new working personnel.
Responsible to make regular site inspection to monitor subcontractor’s compliance with safety programs.
Inspection of workers and equipments in the job site to ensure proper safety procedures as per Clint’s satisfaction.
Making daily reports regarding unsafe procedure in the job site and the preventive steps to avoid recurrence.
Ensure that subcontractors are following up the clients work permit procedures and inspect them on daily basis.
Safety audit on site, instruction and training the company and contractor staff.
Conducting HSE Training, meeting and “TOOL BOX” talks.
Checking and monitoring the Scaffolding tag system.
Defining Company Management any need of special emergency, rescue, safety and Fire protection, Fire fighting systems and necessary training.
Support Company Safety, Environmental and Quaintly policies and programs.
Provides technical and professional proposals and advice to protect company property and personnel.
Daily, weekly, Monthly, Quarterly inspection and Monitoring all activities and Facilities.
Carry out surprise checks on site to determine effectiveness and adequacy of system for safety.
Before leaving the job site, make sure that all unfinished job such as open pit, Overhead and other must have safety precaution of signboard and safety tape to avoid accidents.
Reminding all workers that the safety in the best policy and to target zero accident.
Complete Safety Implementation and Monitoring on site on as per Safety guidelines and Clint’s Safety specifications.
Established and organized Permit to Work Team with the responsibility of ensuring compliance with the requirements and procedures.
Assigned as the HSE Trainer for all permit receivers and issuing authorities.
Train, test and certify all permit issuer and receiver for the project.
Responsible for the full administrative and functional control of the permit to work system including the pretension of closed out permits.
Making Pre-Commissioning daily activities plot plan and PTW summaries for Clint’s requirements.
